Encore on the Lake is a membership community located in the heart of Washington County. An Encore on the Lake membership includes up to 60 days of personal care, assisted living, and assisted living dementia care at one of the Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities.

Short-Term Rehabilitation
Enjoy restaurant-style dining in stylish surroundings. You choose whether to eat in the lovely Oak Villa dining room or in the privacy of your own room. To encourage your independence and mobility, we make getting to and around the dining room easy. Select your freshly prepared entrée from a leather-bound menu and enjoy special touches such as fresh flowers, linen napkins and nice tableware. Whether you dine with family members, other patients or alone, you’ll be served by professionally dressed hospitality staff intent on accommodating your preferences.
Skilled Nursing
In our three skilled nursing neighborhoods at The Willows, we encourage appetites with enticing personalized meal selections. Residents can choose to dine in the privacy of their room or enjoy the camaraderie of others at the country kitchen in their neighborhood. Snacks or beverages also are available between mealtimes upon request.
Throughout the year, family members are welcome to join their loved ones for meals, special occasions or at holiday gatherings. Our dining team is all about creating memorable moments from holiday and ethnic-themed events to outdoor barbeques and candlelight dinners. Our dietary team works closely with the recreation team to ensure that our residents’ dining experiences are not only flavorful and nutritious but also fun and engaging.
