Skilled Nursing
Short- and long-term care at The Willows.
When your family member is in the expert hands of our team members on our Oakmont campus, you can be sure that our caring staff will support you and your loved one to help make aging easier in every way possible. Presbyterian SeniorCare Network embraces an innovative approach called person-centered care. Skilled nursing residents at The Willows are given as much choice and flexibility as possible in their daily living. Our personalized approach helps residents to maintain their highest level of functioning while honoring their need for independence and growth. We empower residents and their families to be involved in making decisions that affect their lives.
The Willows is a CARF accredited skilled nursing community licensed to provide medical care, not just personal care. We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our skilled nursing community. That’s why we refer to each floor as a “neighborhood.” Each skilled nursing neighborhood offers a wide range of health care and services for those who need long-term care or short-term nursing care.
In addition to the traditional role of long-term care, skilled nursing communities like ours now serve a growing population of individuals who require only short stays after discharge from the hospital and then move back home. We also can help to coordinate the follow-up care that may be needed when back in your own home.
We work hard to support each resident’s health care needs to reduce hospital readmissions.
